Let’s Get To Know: Daniel Sanchez
Before joining FlexiHire, Daniel worked at Uniqlo as a Stylist and Visual Merchandising Associate, where he helped customers choose outfits, managed product displays, and ensured a great in-store experience. He also handled custom shirt design and printing through the UTme program, strengthening his creativity and attention to detail.
Alongside this, Daniel gained valuable experience working as a barista, where he developed strong multitasking and customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. These experiences built the communication, organization, and creative skills he now uses daily as a Virtual Assistant.
Daniel joined FlexiHire with the goal of exploring a new career path outside the traditional service industry. Through mentorship and guidance from Ms. Kaye, he gained the confidence and skills needed to land his first VA role and grow professionally in the remote work space.
Today, Daniel supports clients by managing schedules, organizing projects, and handling day-to-day administrative work that allows business owners to focus on high-level priorities. His strong organization and attention to detail help ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
