FlexiHire will focus on matching selected candidates’ skills and expertise with your specific requirements to ensure a perfect fit. After identifying 3 strong candidates, we present them to you. We then assist in scheduling interviews, allowing you to choose your preferred virtual assistant.

Once a suitable candidate is identified, FlexiHire introduces them to you facilitating initial communication and onboarding.

The chosen virtual assistant undergoes onboarding and training to familiarize themselves with your business and processes.
